Justice Subhash Vidyarthi recuses from Rahul Gandhi dual citizenship case

Lucknow, Apr 20 (UNI) In a fresh development in the alleged dual citizenship case involving Congress MP Rahul Gandhi, Justice Subhash Vidyarthi of the Lucknow Bench of the Allahabad High Court has recused himself from hearing the matter.
The recusal comes shortly after the bench revised its earlier directive that had ordered the registration of an FIR against Gandhi.
In a fresh order uploaded on Saturday, the court clarified that its previous decision—issued on April 17—was passed without issuing notice to Gandhi.

Sanitation workers stage protest in Varanasi, demand pay hike
