Joshi accuses Cong of trying to foment unrest over RSS meet

Haveri, July 11 (UNI) union Minister Pralhad Joshi on Saturday accused the Congress of attempting to create unrest over the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) annual meeting in Belagavi, alleging that the party was trying to exploit the issue for political gains.
Reacting to KPCC President BK Hariprasad's reported warning that violence could erupt in the state after the RSS camp, Joshi said, "Hariprasad is speaking from his experience of gundagiri," and alleged that the Congress was trying to create an atmosphere of fear.
Claiming that Congress leaders were targeting the RSS to please party leader Rahul Gandhi, he said, "There is no coordination among Congress leaders. They are only making baseless allegations against the RSS." He added that BJP leaders had been instructed not to respond to such allegations, saying, **"The RSS itself and the people will answer these charges."
