Jordan: 14 pilgrims dead during Hajj in Saudi Arabia

Amman, June 16 (UNI) Jordan confirmed on Sunday that 14 of its citizens died while 17 others went missing while performing Hajj rituals in Saudi Arabia.
Sufian Qudah, the spokesperson for the Jordanian Foreign Ministry, said in a statement that the Jordanian side is following up with concerned Saudi authorities on burials or home returns of the deceased at their families' request.
The Saudi authorities were also continuing the search for the 17 missing pilgrims, according to the statement that, however, did not disclose the cause of the tragedy.

Hungary's Orban says Trump 'going to solve' Ukraine crisis

Budapest, July 12 (UNI) Former US President Donald Trump is "going to solve" the Ukraine crisis, Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban said on Friday after a meeting with Trump as part of his "peace mission."
"It was an honour to visit President Donald Trump at Mar-a-Lago today. We discussed ways to make peace. The good news of the day: he’s going to solve it," Orban said on X following the meeting that he described as a "Peace mission 5.0."
Trump and Orban are longtime allies who share conservative political views and have publicly expressed mutual respect for one another. Orban has thrown his support behind Trump both in the US presidential race and in the legal challenges he faces.
