Jharkhand introduces time-bound grievance redressal system for state employees

Ranchi, June 11 (UNI): The Jharkhand government has notified the Jharkhand Government Servant Grievance Redressal Rules, 2026, introducing a time-bound mechanism for redressal of service-related grievances of state government employees.
Issued by the Department of Personnel, Administrative Reforms and Rajbhasha, the rules provide for the appointment of designated grievance redressal officers and appellate authorities at departmental and district levels for handling complaints relating to service matters.
Under the new framework, grievances relating to appointments, leave, salary, pension, promotions, ACP/MACP benefits, seniority and other service-related issues can be taken up for redressal.
