Jammu FADA writes fresh reminder to J&K CM on regulation required for used car business

Jammu, Nov 16 (UNI) The Chairperson of Federation of Automobile Dealers Associations (FADA) Jammu, Sanjay Aggarwal on Sunday issued a fresh reminder to the Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Omar Abdullah on regulation required for used car business in the union Territory.
In a fresh reminder while giving reference of August 27, 2025, the FADA chairperson, said that they have requested the CM Omar Abdullah to kindly initiate necessary measures to regulate unorganized business with a direction to mandatory obtain a valid Trade Certificate from the concerned authorities to carry out their business.
On August 27, Aggarwal in a representation to the Chief Minister had said, “kindly refer to our meeting dated July 17, 2025 and the representation submitted to your goodself. In the representation the issue of Sale and Purchase of Used Cars in J&K was also mentioned.”
