Jaipur Literature Festival announces 'JLF Valladolid' 2026 in Spain

Jaipur, Jan 19 (UNI) The Jaipur Literature Festival (JLF) has announced the launch of JLF Valladolid, Spain 2026, scheduled from June 11 to 14.
The event marks a significant cultural milestone as India and Spain celebrate 2026 as the Dual Year of Culture, Tourism, and Artificial Intelligence, commemorating 70 years of diplomatic relations.
The announcement was made Sunday evening by Sanjoy K. Roy, Managing Director of Teamwork Arts, alongside Spanish cultural leaders Blanca Jiménez, Guillermo, and Antonio Largo.
Officials emphasized the growing literary and cultural collaboration between India and Spain, presenting JLF Valladolid as a new international platform for dialogue across literature, arts, and ideas. The festival aims to highlight shared heritage, strengthen people-to-people ties, and promote future-oriented collaboration in tourism and innovation.
Set in Valladolid from June 11–14, the festival will be part of a year-long programme of joint initiatives between the two countries.
