ITP Aero Breaks Ground on New Hyderabad Facility, Creating 350 Jobs by 2027

Hyderabad, May 5 (UNI) ITP Aero on Tuesday announced it has broken ground on a new aerospace manufacturing facility in Hyderabad, expanding its footprint in India and reinforcing a 15-year presence in the region.
The site is expected to be fully operational in 2027 and will create more than 350 skilled jobs over the next five years, the company said in a release.
The new plant will produce commercial aviation engine components, including fabricated and machined parts, to meet growing global demand in the civil aerospace sector.
The expansion marks the next phase of the company’s growth in India, strengthening its role in international supply chains.
Telangana IT Minister D. Sridhar Babu said "With this investment, we are building on a trusted partnership and a strong industrial base."
“The facility will boost skilled employment and further develop our aerospace manufacturing ecosystem,” he added
Carlos Alzola, Managing Director of ITP Aero Group, said the expansion reflects confidence in the region’s capabilities. “Hyderabad has been central to our industrial journey. This milestone underscores our long-term commitment to supporting the growth of commercial aviation worldwide.”
The company recently appointed Sandeep Sharma as Managing Director, India. He said the new facility would deepen engagement with local suppliers while enhancing manufacturing capacity. “Hyderabad offers a strong combination of talent, infrastructure and collaboration, enabling us to scale with confidence,” he said.
ITP Aero currently employs around 250 people in its Hyderabad manufacturing operations.
The additional jobs are expected to contribute significantly to regional economic development and advanced manufacturing capabilities.
The announcement comes amid strong financial performance for the company.
In 2025, ITP Aero reported revenues of €1.88 billion, up 17%, and EBITDA of €379 million, up 28%. The company plans to invest €1.2 billion in research, development and capital expenditure across its global operations by 2030.
