ITI asset management to launch SIF platform and new fund

Chennai, Nov 10 (UNI) ITI Asset Management today announced the launch of its Specialized Investment Fund (SIF) platform with the debut of its first offering the Diviniti Equity Long Short Fund.
The new fund is a next-generation equity strategy designed to capture growth across market cycles while aiming to limit downside risks, the company said. The open-ended strategy will invest in listed equities and related instruments, including limited short positions through derivatives, in line with SEBI regulations.
The New Fund Offer (NFO) opens for subscription on November 10, 2025, and closes on November 24, 2025. Commenting on the launch, Jatinder Pal Singh, Chief Executive Officer, ITI Mutual Fund, said “With the Specialized Investment Fund platform, ITI Mutual Fund is bridging the gap between traditional mutual funds and alternative investment strategies.
