isolved expands India operations with new Hyderabad office, plans 400 hires by 2027

Hyderabad, May 19 (UNI) US-based human capital management (HCM) solutions provider 'isolved' on Tuesday announced expanding its India presence with the inauguration of a new office in Hyderabad, strengthening the city’s growing reputation as a global hub for engineering and AI innovation.
The new 28,000 sq ft facility located at 23 Nordwest will support product engineering, AI-driven capabilities, platform delivery and back-office operations, including payroll and tax processing, the company said in a release here. isolved plans to hire 400 employees in India by the end of 2027 as part of its expansion strategy.
The Hyderabad centre was inaugurated by Ms Vallabi A, Program Director, SPEED & Investment Cell, Government of Telangana, along with isolved Chief Operating Officer Pragya Gupta, Chief People Officer Amy Mosher and General Manager of isolved India Yogesh More.
Speaking on the occasion, Vallabi A said Hyderabad has emerged as one of the fastest-growing Global Capability Centre (GCC) destinations in the world and noted that isolved’s expansion aligns with Telangana’s vision of making Hyderabad a global capital for engineering and AI.
She also highlighted the company’s workforce diversity, stating that isolved India currently has 65 per cent gender diversity.
Pragya Gupta said the expansion would help the company accelerate platform innovation and strengthen its ability to deliver AI-powered, human-centric HCM solutions for customers across the United States.
“Hyderabad gives us the depth of talent and capability to accelerate product development and build out critical back-office processing functions like payroll and tax operations,” she said.
Yogesh More, said Hyderabad is rapidly emerging as a key AI talent hub and the company’s GCC in India will help drive product modernisation and innovation in the HCM sector.
The company said the Hyderabad GCC is expected to evolve into a centre of excellence for engineering and AI innovation, supporting isolved’s long-term vision of creating a “platform of action” that connects workforce intent with organisational outcomes.
isolved currently provides HCM solutions to more than 200,000 employers and supports nearly 9 million employees across the United States.
