Isha foundation's "Miracle of Mind" app draws 45,000 participants

Pune, Oct 11 (UNI) On the occasion of World Mental Health Day, the Isha Foundation conducted over 200 ‘Miracle of Mind’ meditation sessions, drawing participation from more than 45,000 individuals across India.
Launched by Sadhguru, ‘Miracle of Mind’ is a free, seven-minute meditation app designed to help individuals take charge of their inner well-being, the Foundation said in a release today.
The sessions, offered by Isha volunteers across 11 states, saw participation from leading educational institutions and corporates, including Modern Education Society’s Wadia College of Engineering in Pune, Government Science Institute in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, and Nagpur Institute of Technology (NIT). Participants included students, teachers, healthcare workers, and corporate professionals from diverse backgrounds.
