Von der Leyen to call for creation of European Security Council: Reports

Moscow, Sept 16 (Sputnik/UNI) European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen will raise the issue of establishing a European Security Council during her speech at the European Parliament on Wednesday, the Euractiv news portal reported, citing a draft of her speech. "This is even more urgent now, given the nature and scale of the risks at play.
