India to host fist Letape by Tour de France eent in Mysuru

Bengaluru, May 8 (UNI) Karnataka is set to host India’s first-ever edition of the globally renowned Letape by Tour de France cycling event, with Mysuru chosen as the venue for the inaugural race scheduled on October 4, 2026.
The event, announced by NEB Sports on Friday in association with Karnataka Tourism and the Amaury Sport Organisation (ASO), organisers of the Tour de France, marks the entry of India into the international Letape amateur cycling series conducted across more than 20 countries.
NEB Sports officially unveiled the event logo and website at a press conference here, describing the initiative as a major boost for sports tourism and endurance sports culture in Karnataka.
