India has legacy of valiant & successful resistance to foreign invaders, not accepting subjugation: RSS Chief

Udaipur, Jun 17 (UNI) Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) Chief Dr Mohan Bhagwat said that India inherited a glorious history of valiant and successful resistance to recurring invasions by foreign invaders which has generally been mis-perceived as era of subjugation.
Addressing a function organised at the Pratap Gaurav Kendra at Gandhi Ground marking the 450th anniversary of the victory in the Haldighati battle, Bhagwat said "Careful perusal of historic references make clear that the winner of Haldighati was Maharana Pratap."
The day coincides with the 486th birth anniversary of Maharana Pratap.
