Nagpur, Apr 14 (UNI) Congress party national president Mallikarjun Kharge on Sunday made it clear that the electoral battle of Congress is not against BJP, Narendra Modi or Nitin Gadkari but against 'Manuwadi' forces and to keep the country's Constitution and democracy intact.
Addressing an election rally here in support of MVA's candidate Vikas Thakare for Nagpur Lok Sabha constituency, he made an appeal to people to defeat the Manuwadi government in this elections.
Recalling the Congress party's contribution in freedom struggle, he said that the party workers sacrificed their lives for the country and asked where were the people of Narendra Modi's BJP or its parent organisation RSS during the freedom movement.
