India and Iraq agree to boost "historic ties" between two countries

Baghdad, Sep 16 (UNI) India and Iraq on Monday agreed on the need for intensifying high level exchanges in line with the "historic ties" between two countries.
This was highlighted during the meeting between Minister of State for External Affairs V Muraleedharan and Iraqi Prime Minister Adel Abdul Mahdi.
"His Excellency Adel Mahdi called for a road map to expand bilateral relations in all areas including trade and investment, energy and culture," Mr Muraleedharan tweeted.
