India and 48 other countries form support group for UN peacekeepers

New Delhi, Apr 28 (UNI) Forty nine countries including India have launched a group to support United Nations peacekeepers.
The Group of Friends on the Safety and Security of United Nations Peacekeepers was launched, at a virtual event at the UN on Tuesday.
The Group of Friends on the Safety and Security of United Nations Peacekeepers will provide a platform to strengthen information sharing, policy coordination and capacity building.
