In info warfare too, India making enemies bite dust, says Army Chief Dwivedi

Jaipur, Jan 15 (UNI) Army Chief General Upendra Dwivedi said the India Army has been doing well in countering adversaries in information warfare. "Pakistan's false propaganda would not sustain against trustworthy and reliable word from India," said General Dwivedi.
On the occasion of the 78th Army Day celebration Thursday, General Dwivedi said that keeping pace with the changing world, the Army has also been changing approach and formation and emerging in a modern "take power" format.
The wars are no more restricted merely to battle grounds, he said. "Wars now have to be fought at different levels and many fronts, including the mobile screen and other means of information dissemination. So, does India do... in information warfare, India has been beating its enemies."

The action followed an inquiry conducted by Circle Officer Alok Kumar Bhati, officials confirmed on Monday.
The suspended officers include the SOG in-charge, Sub-Inspector Mohit Chaudhary, as well as Head Constables Kulwant and Arshad, and Constables Ajanbi, Ayush, Vivek, Brijesh, and Hiresh.
