Illegal structures of drug peddlers demolished in Jammu

Jammu, Dec 13 (UNI) The Jammu District administration on Saturday carried out a demolition drive against drug peddlers and demolished their illegal structures here in Narwal area of the city.
Officials said that the operation was conducted on the directions of District Magistrate Jammu, Dr. Rakesh Minhas, in coordination with SSP Jammu, Joginder Singh.
They said that the District Administration demolished eight illegal structures of drug peddlers involved in multiple cases under NDPS Act, despite allowing sufficient time, they did not mend their ways and were actively involved in illegal sale and purchase of narcotics.
