Hyundai Motor India to launch its Rs 25,000-cr IPO on Oct 15

Mumbai, Oct 9 (UNI) Hyundai Motor India Ltd, the Indian arm of South Korean automaker Hyundai, will come out with the largest initial public offering (IPO) in India of Rs 25,000 crore after LIC's initial share sale of Rs 21,000 crore.
The proposed IPO is entirely an offer-for-sale (OFS) of 142,194,700 equity shares by promoter Hyundai Motor Company, with no fresh issue component.
The automaker has fixed the price band of IPO in the range of Rs 1,865 to Rs 1,960 per equity share of the face value of Rs 10.
The issue will open for public subscription on October 15 and close on Oct 17, a press release said here on Wednesday.
