Hyderabad-based start-up Safwey launches CCMB-AIC certifies UltraViolet sanitizer ‘ BOX360’ to contain virus

Hyderabad, Jul 23 (UNI) Hyderabad-based start-up SAFWEY on Thursday announced the launching of ‘BOX360’, an advanced UV sanitizer to contain the virus spread through the surface on everything.
The unique Ultra Violet solution sanitizer was the First in the country to test on Covid-19 and get certified by CCMB-AIC (Atal Incubation Centre) and it will sanitises everything including food packets, milk packets, jewellery boxes, mobile phones, ipads, laptops, vehicle keys except medicines, without using any kind of chemicals, yet in a very effective and safe method, the company claimed in a release here.
Box360 is literally a metallic box which contains an Ultraviolet lamp inside and it cleans whatever the packets or things we put inside with Ultraviolet rays, which are invisible to naked eyes, and gives us the purest things back to use.
Explaining the features of the Advanced Disinfectant Systems Box 360, which has brought this product after going through enormous research, Safwey Director (Medical and R & D)Dr. Praneeth, said it disinfects every surface in 3 to 10 minutes and it is made of medical grade stainless steel, which is completely leak proof and proved to be safe.
Cost effective and affordable from individuals to small businesses and even big malls and hospitals too, he said the product priced ranges from Rs. 14,000 to less than Rs. 1 Lakh.
This has four certifications including one from Atal Incubation Centre (AIC) of the famous CCMB, he claimed and said it is available pan India including Hyderabad through some authorised dealers, direct sale through their website and in Amazon too.
We clean even water with this and the mask manufacturing company 3M also suggested to clean their masks with UV sanitisation. The UV rays are not visible and the blue light that we used only shows that the radiation is inside,” Dr. Praneeth added.
The company has released 5 products today and 37 will come in the coming year.
In addition to the UV BOX360, we have launched SHIELD360, UV room Disinfection systems which can be extremely useful at both domestic and business segments, especially in hospitals, restaurants, movie theaters, public transport, said CVN Vamshi, founder and CMD of SAFWEY.
We are targeting to sell 10,000 devices by the end of this year and our main initial target customers are small business, he added .
