Hyd: Telangana Cabinet Meeting begins at Secretariat

Hyderabad, Sep 20 (UNI) The Telangana Cabinet meeting commenced under the chairmanship of Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy at the Secretariat on Friday evening.
Several important issues are expected to be discussed during the meeting, including the promulgation of an ordinance to amend the Hydro Act, the finalisation of names for three new universities, damage assessment due to recent heavy rains and floods, issuance of ration cards, sanctioning of health cards, farmer loan waivers, farmer insurance, sanctioning of Indiramma houses, land acquisition under the Regional Ring Road (RRR) scheme, commencement of various works, funding issues related to SLBC (State Level Bankers' Committee) works, and the release of DAs (Dearness Allowances) for employees, among other matters.

254 flight cadets commissioned into IAF at combined graduation parade

Bidar cane farmers up in arms over payment delay
