Hyd: Sri Chinna Jeeyar Swamy launches ‘EcoRise’ housing project in Rajendranagar

Hyderabad, Apr 19 (UNI) Sri Tridandi Chinna Srimannarayana Ramanuja Jeeyar Swamy on Sunday inaugurated the ‘EcoRise’ residential project by Srinivasa Constructions at Rajendranagar, marking the launch with a Bhoomi Puja ceremony.
Blessing the initiative, the Swamy highlighted the need for homes that promote peace and well-being, noting the auspicious timing of the launch ahead of Akshaya Tritiya.
Spread over 5.24 acres, the project features 516 low-density units with 3 and 4 BHK apartments, designed with a focus on space, greenery, and modern amenities. It includes landscaped areas, sky gardens, and a large clubhouse.
Located in the fast-growing Rajendranagar corridor, EcoRise offers connectivity to the Outer Ring Road and key hubs such as Gachibowli, the Financial District, HITEC City, and the international airport.
The developers said the project aims to offer premium housing with quality infrastructure at competitive prices, with special introductory offers announced for early buyers.

Foreign investors continue exit, withdraw over Rs 27,000 cr in May

New Delhi, May 17 (UNI) Foreign investors continued to take exit from the Indian equities as they withdrew Rs 27,048 crore so far this month. As per the data from NSDL, the total outflows by Foreign Portfolio Investors (FPIs) from the equity market have reached Rs 2.2 trillion in 2026. This is higher than the Rs 1.66 trillion pulled out during the entire 2025.
