HP notifies Shops & Commercial Establishments (Amendment) Act

Shimla Feb 17 (UNI) Himachal Pradesh Government on Tuesday notified the Himachal Pradesh Shops and Commercial Establishments (Amendment) Act, 2025, after it received the assent of Governor Shiv Pratap Shukla earlier this month.
The amended Act was also laid on the table of the House during the ongoing Budget Session of the State Assembly.
With its notification in the official gazette, the amended provisions have now come into force across the State.
