HP Govt can't stop eviction proceeding against the encroachers without court orders

Shimla, Mar 26 (UNI) Himachal Pradesh government has requested the Centre to amend the Forest Conservation Act (FCA) to allow state-owned land to be allotted to families affected by natural disasters, a minister told the Assembly on Wednesday.
