Moscow, Sep 10 (UNI) Russian President Vladimir Putin said on Tuesday that he hopes that Vietnamese President To Lam will take advantage of the invitation sent to him to participate in the BRICS summit in an outreach format in Kazan.
"I ask you to convey my best wishes to the President [of Vietnam], Comrade To Lam. I hope that he will be able to take advantage of the extended invitation to participate in BRICS events in the outreach format," Putin said during talks with Vietnamese Parliament President Tran Thanh Man in Moscow.
