Himachal: Stray dog menace sparks outrage in Shimla

Shimla, Apr 30 (UNI) A troubling incident in Shimla's Dhalli area has brought the spotlight back on the growing menace of stray dogs in the hill town.
On Tuesday morning, three children were reportedly attacked by strays near the Dhalli tunnel, leaving one seriously injured and hospitalized at IGMC.
The incidents occurred at different time during the day, triggering widespread anger among residents and political leaders alike.
