Himachal Pradesh symbol of natural beauty and heritage: Telangana Governor

Hyderabad, Apr 15 (UNI) Telangana Governor Shiv Pratap Shukla on Wednesday described Himachal Pradesh as a symbol of natural beauty and rich cultural and spiritual heritage, while gracing the Statehood Day celebrations held at Lok Bhavan under the Ek Bharat Shreshtha Bharat initiative.
Recalling his tenure as Governor of Himachal Pradesh, Shukla said the State, known as “Devbhoomi,” is renowned for its scenic landscapes, vibrant traditions and spirit of harmony. He noted that its diverse folk culture, festivals and dances contribute significantly to India’s cultural richness.
Praising the people of Himachal Pradesh, he said their hard work and humility have played a key role in the State’s progress. He highlighted achievements in infrastructure, education, healthcare and sustainable development, calling Himachal a model for the country.
