Himachal: Pathania inaugurates Rs 33 lakh worth panchayat building

Dharamshala, March 10 (UNI) Kewal Singh Pathania, Deputy Chief Whip of the Himachal Pradesh Assembly and MLA from Shahpur Assembly Constituency, on Tuesday said that holistic, balanced and sustainable development of panchayats in the constituency remains his top priority.
Addressing a public gathering after inaugurating a newly constructed Panchayat Bhawan in Kajlot, built at a cost of ₹33 lakh, Pathania said the state government is committed to strengthening basic infrastructure at the grassroots level and ensuring that development schemes reach every citizen at the panchayat and booth levels.
He said additional facilities, including a Patwar Ghar, Mahila Mandal Bhawan and a public park would soon be constructed in Kajlot Panchayat to provide better amenities to residents.
