Heavy rain likely in Telangana over next five days: Met

Hyderabad, May 23 (UNI) Heavy rain accompanied by thunderstorms, lightning, and gusty winds with speeds ranging from 40 to 50 kmph is likely to occur at isolated places in Telangana over the next five days, according to the Meteorological Centre on Friday.
In its daily weather report issued here, the Centre stated that light to moderate rain or thundershowers are likely to occur at many places or a few places across the state over the next seven days.
Maximum temperatures are expected to remain below normal by 5 to 7 degrees Celsius in Telangana during the next three days.
