Health Ministry holds anemia screening and CPR awareness sessions at IITF

New Delhi, 14 Nov (UNI) Stepping up its public health push, the Health Ministry has rolled out anaemia testing camps and CPR awareness sessions to help citizens recognise health risks and respond effectively during cardiac arrests.
The facilities will be open to the public from November 14 until the close of the 44th India International Trade Fair (IITF) in New Delhi on November 27.
Unveiling the Health Pavillon at Trade fair, union Health Secretary, Punya Salila Srivastava said, “The pavilion offers insights into India’s health system and a range of ongoing programmes. Several services, including CPR awareness sessions and anaemia testing, are being provided. I urge everyone to visit and make full use of these facilities.”
