HCCB Launches High-Speed Kinley Water Production Line at Avinya Facility in Telangana

Hyderabad, Apr 14 (UNI) Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages Private Limited (HCCB) on Tuesday announced the commissioning of a first-of-its-kind high-speed Kinley water production line at its Avinya (Telangana Greenfield Factory) facility at Banda Thimmapur in siddipet district in Telangana.
The plant is among HCCB’s most advanced manufacturing units.
Spread across 49 acres with a planned investment exceeding ₹2,000 crore, the facility currently operates seven advanced production lines and represents a significant addition to the company’s manufacturing footprint in the region, the company said in a release here.
The newly installed line is one of the most advanced packaged drinking water production systems in the country and ranks as the fastest within the Coca-Cola India Southwest Asia network in terms of production capacity.
It is capable of producing Kinley 500 ml PET bottles at up to 1,350 bottles per minute (BPM) and 1-litre bottles at 1,000 BPM, setting new benchmarks in speed, efficiency, and precision.
Additionally, the system incorporates advanced lamella pack technology, enabling up to 90% water recovery, underscoring the company’s commitment to sustainability and responsible water management.
Speaking on the occasion, Avinash Kant Kumar, Head – Integrated Supply Chain at HCCB, said the Avinya facility sets a new national benchmark in beverage manufacturing by combining advanced automation with sustainable resource management.
He described the commissioning of the Kinley production line as a major milestone for the company.
