Chandigarh, Jul 19 (UNI) In a sweeping push to overhaul Haryana's revenue administration, Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini on Sunday ordered a crackdown on delays in public services, directed Deputy Commissioners to make grievance redressal fully accountable, and set an aggressive roadmap for completing the state's digital land reforms.
Chairing a high-level review meeting of the Revenue and Disaster Management Department, the Chief Minister stressed that every revenue service must be transparent, technology-driven, and delivered within fixed timelines, warning against unnecessary delays in citizen services.
The Chief Minister directed all Deputy Commissioners to personally monitor revenue-related complaints and ensure that eligible applicants are not denied benefits because of procedural lapses or arbitrary decisions.
