Haryana results: NGO claims disabled voters could have swung results in 12 seats

New Delhi, Oct 9 (UNI) Had political parties acknowledged the disabled community as a decisive vote bank and addressed their demands, the outcome in many constituencies in Haryana assembly elections could have been very different, National Disability Network (NDN), which analysed 12 constituencies with razor-thin victory margins, said on Wednesday.
