Haryana: Nuh Police arrests man wanted in West Bengal kidnapping case

Nuh, Jul 19 (UNI) In a significant inter-state operation, Nuh Police arrested a man wanted in connection with the alleged kidnapping of an 18-month-old child in West Bengal during its ongoing special drive against criminals.
A police spokesman said the accused, Dinu, son of Jormal, a resident of Rozka Meo village in Nuh district, was wanted in a kidnapping case registered at Bhadreshwar Police Station in Hooghly district, West Bengal, under the relevant provisions of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS).
Acting on specific intelligence about the accused's whereabouts, a team of Nuh Police conducted a swift operation and apprehended him. After completing the required legal formalities, the accused was handed over to the West Bengal Police for further investigation and judicial proceedings.
