Haryana: Major IAS reshuffle, 15 officers transferred

Chandigarh, Apr 8 (UNI) In a significant administrative overhaul, the Haryana government on Wednesday issued transfer and posting orders for 15 IAS officers with immediate effect.
The reshuffle, directed by the state administration, involves high-ranking officials within the Chief Minister's Office (CMO) and the shifting of Deputy Commissioners (DCs) across key districts, including Gurugram and Karnal. A primary highlight of this rejig is the restructuring within the CMO, which saw the exit of Saket Kumar as Additional Principal Secretary to the Chief Minister and the entry of Ajay Kumar into a newly created role.
According to the official notification, Ajay Kumar, who was previously serving as the Deputy Commissioner of Gurugram and Chief Administrator of the Shri Mata Sheetla Devi Shrine Board, has been appointed as the Deputy Principal Secretary-II to the Chief Minister. Taking his place, Uttam Singh moves from his current post as Deputy Commissioner of Karnal to become the new Deputy Commissioner of Gurugram.
