Chandigarh, June 17 (UNI) Taking up the demands of the protesting students of Chaudhary Charan Singh Haryana Agricultural University (HAU), Hisar, Jananayak Janata Party’s (JJP) Youth State President Digvijay Singh Chautala on Tuesday met Haryana Governor Bandaru Dattatreya.
Chautala, along with HAU students, reached the Raj Bhavan in Chandigarh and submitted a memorandum of their demands to the Governor.
Speaking to the media after the meeting, Digvijay held the university administration responsible for 'torture' of the innocent students of HAU, and the entire sequence of events was shared with the Governor.
