Haryana CM Naib Saini targets Punjab Government during Ludhiana visit

Chandigarh, Jan 11 (UNI) Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini on Tuesday launched a sharp political attack on the Punjab government while addressing party workers and the public during his visit to Samrala in Ludhiana district. He alleged that successive governments in Punjab, including the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) and Congress, have failed to fulfil promises made to the people and accused the current administration of relying on rhetoric instead of governance.
Before the political programme, CM Saini paid obeisance at the historic Gurdwara Charan Kanwal Sahib in Machhiwara Sahib. He offered prayers, took part in the parikrama, and received information about the religious site’s history. The gurdwara management committee honoured him, in the presence of local leaders.
Speaking at the gathering, Saini expressed his privilege in visiting the sacred land associated with Guru Gobind Singh, highlighting the sacrifices made by Sikh Gurus for the country, society, and their faith. He recalled historical events linked to Machhiwara Sahib and said the teachings and sacrifices of the Gurus continue to inspire generations.
