Haryana BJP leader, singer booked in rape case in Kasauli

Solan, Jan 14 (UNI) The police on Tuesday registered a case against Haryana BJP state president Mohan Lal Badoli and singer Rocky Mittal for allegedly raping a woman at Kasauli police station in Himachal Pradesh over 18 months back.
According to the complainant, she was allegedly raped on July 7, 2023 by the BJP leader and his associate. The complainant alleged that Rocky Mittal had lured her to become an actress in the film industry and Badoli had promised to get her a government job.
In the complaint lodged in Kasauli police station, the victim alleged that she used to live with her friend and worked with Amit, a resident of Sonipat, for about two years. Amit's office was in Netaji Subhash Palace. She mentioned in the complaint that on July 3, 2023, she came to Himachal with her friend and Amit.
