Hamirpur Police gets four new electric vehicles

Hamirpur(HP), Dec 15 (UNI) The Himachal Pradesh government has provided four new electric vehicles to the Hamirpur Police, taking another step towards modernization. The inclusion of these vehicles in the police fleet is expected to significantly improve law and order and emergency services in the district.
According to the information received, two of the four vehicles provided by the government have been deployed for quick response to 112 emergency calls. The remaining two vehicles will be used specifically for highway patrolling.
SP, Hamirpur, Balbir Singh said that these electric vehicles are equipped with modern technology. Their purpose is not only to promote a pollution-free environment but also to provide prompt assistance to accident victims. These vehicles will prove to be a game-changer in ensuring timely assistance to those injured in highway accidents and improving road safety.
