Bengaluru, July 13 (UNI) Emphasising the importance of discovering one's reason for living (ikigai), GITAM Deemed-to-be University celebrated the achievements of 1218 graduates at its 15th annual convocation ceremony at the Bengaluru campus on Saturday.
"At GITAM, we are dedicated to providing a 360-degree learning experience. Our mission is to create an environment where students can discover their ikigai, engage in groundbreaking research, and emerge as compassionate, skilled professionals ready to make a difference in the world," Gitam University President M Sribharat said in his address.
Ikigai is a Japanese concept that means "a reason for living." It is a multifaceted philosophy that encompasses the idea of finding purpose and satisfaction in life.
