Fuel crisis deepens in Haryana: Long queues at agencies, Congress protests with earthen stoves

Chandigarh, March 14 (UNI) The ongoing gas cylinder shortage has triggered a wave of panic and protests across Haryana, with consumers facing waiting periods of up to 25 days for domestic refills.
The crisis has sparked a political firestorm, with the Congress party launching state-wide demonstrations.
In Faridabad, women activists led by Haryana Pradesh Mahila Congress Secretary Hemlata Sharma held a unique protest at Neelam Chowk, where they carried earthen stoves on their heads and brewed tea using firewood to highlight the plight of homemakers.
