Four-Lane Patna-Arrah-Sasaram corridor will improve connectivity: Samrat

Patna, Mar 28 (UNI) Bihar Deputy Chief Minister Samrat Chaudhary said that the 4-Lane greenfield and brownfield Patna-Arrah-Sasaram corridor (NH-119A) (120.10 km) to be constructed at an expenditure of Rs 3,712 crore would accelerate the pace of industrialisation, commercial, and general transportation activities by improving connectivity in Bihar.
Welcoming the decision of the central government to construct this four-lane corridor, Chaudhary said here on Friday that it would strengthen the basic infrastructure of Bihar by connecting 5 National Highways and 4 state Highways.
Chaudhary said that Bihar was getting several benefits from the centre and added that the state government would try to complete the project within the stipulated period in the interest of the people
