Foreign teams start arriving ahead of Bajaj Pune Grand Tour 2026

Pune, Jan 16 (UNI): The countdown to the start of the historic Bajaj Pune Grand Tour 2026, India’s first UCI 2.2 multi-stage road race is well underway, as Pune welcomed international teams from across Africa, Southeast Asia, Europe, and Oceania. The arrival of overseas contingents marks another milestone in the build-up to the race, scheduled from January 19 to 23 over four stages and spanning 437 km across the diverse terrain of Pune District.
With a total of 29 teams from 35 countries, Bajaj Pune Grand Tour has generated widespread international appeal in its first edition.
Reflecting the global character of the event, the following international teams have arrived in Pune to begin their preparations:

Dubai, Feb 18 (UNI) Pakistan’s Saim Ayub has reclaimed the No.1 spot in the ICC Men’s T20I all-rounder rankings, overtaking Zimbabwe’s Sikandar Raza following his impressive performance in the ongoing ICC Men’s T20 World Cup.
According to the International Cricket Council (ICC) website, Ayub returned to the top of the all-rounders’ chart after his three-wicket haul against India in Colombo, continuing the intense battle for supremacy between him and Raza in recent weeks.
