FloCareer unveils major interview platform upgrade

Bengaluru, May 30 (UNI) FloCareer, a leading provider of innovative HR Solutions, is thrilled to announce a major upgrade to its flagship application, bringing a wide range of new features and enhanced capabilities.

The integration of Dyte, a live video SDK, marks a significant milestone for FloCareer, he said.
Dyte facilitates real time video and audio communications, supporting a diverse range of use cases such as online meetings, live classes, telehealth, remote work, and more, Jain said.
With the ability to accommodate up to 10,000 users, Dyte offers flexibility for customization and tailored features, he said.

FloCareer assists organizations in finding their prospective 'happy' employees by matching skills

Through remote hiring and video interviewing, employers can gauge candidates' reactions to questions and observe their body language, he said.
Additionally, FloCareer's modern Digital Interviewing platform allows employers to present images, presentations, or videos as problems for applicants to solve, Bhatt said.
