Five-Day inter-state Youth Exchange Programme concludes successfully in Dharamshala

Dharamshala, Feb 7 (UNI) A five-day Inter-State Youth Exchange Programme concluded in Kangra on Saturday, bringing together 35 delegates from Rajasthan and local youth from Himachal Pradesh to promote cultural unity and leadership development.
Deputy Commissioner Hemraj Bairwa, presiding over the valedictory function, said youth are “the backbone of nation building” and urged participants to carry forward the programme’s lessons in moral values, social responsibility, and self-confidence.
Addressing the participants on the concluding day, DC Hemraj Bairwa said that such exchange programmes serve as a powerful medium to understand India’s cultural diversity and strengthen national unity. He urged the youth to take back the experiences, learnings and positive energy gained during the programme to their respective regions and contribute towards leadership development, discipline and nation building in society.
