Fiona Dourif boards 'A Head Full of Ghosts' backed by Robert Downey

Los Angeles, Apr 10 (UNI) Fiona Dourif, recognised for her performance in 'The Pitt', has joined the ensemble of the horror feature "A Head Full of Ghosts".
She will appear alongside David Harbour, Rebecca Hall, Esmé Creed-Miles, Bodhi Rae Breathnach and newcomer Hollie Hill-Pearson, reports VARIETY.
“A Head Full of Ghosts,” which counts Robert Downey Jr. among its producers, follows a suburban family whose life is torn apart when their teenage daughter’s descent into madness becomes the subject of a reality show. Fifteen years later, her sister Merry faces her family’s dark past with a journalist uncovering the nature of the evil force that undid them. Hill-Pearson will play young Merry, while Creed-Miles will portray the character as an adult. Breathnach will be her older teenage sister Marjorie and Dourif and Harbour are playing the parents.
Veronika Franz and Severin Fiala, whose credits include “Goodnight Mommy” and “The Devil’s Bath,” will write and direct. The story is based on Paul Tremblay’s book of the same name.
Lionsgate has acquired the project for distribution.
