FC Bengaluru United record easy 3-0 win over BCFC

Bengaluru, Oct 7(UNI) FC Bengaluru United (FCBU) maintained their dominant form in the KSFA Super Division 2025–26 with a comfortable 3–0 victory over Bangalore City Football Club. Goals from Altab (4', 42') and Nikhil (34') ensured a controlled performance, as FCBU dominated possession from start to finish.
The game burst into life early in the 4th minute when Dhruv’s initial shot was saved by the keeper, only for Altab to react quickly and score off the rebound. FCBU continued to control play, keeping the ball for long spells and creating multiple chances. In the 34th minute, Nikhil was brought down in the box, earning a penalty that extended FCBU’s lead. The first-half scoring was capped off in the 42nd minute with a perfectly weighted lob from Bidyananda that found Nikhil in the box, who finished neatly to make it 3-0.
The second half saw FCBU maintain possession and control, though clear-cut chances were limited. Altab had a close-range shot saved by the keeper, while a header from Hannan off a corner near the far post was also denied. Despite the lack of additional goals, FCBU’s defence remained untroubled throughout, and BCFC failed to create any meaningful opportunities.
