Gorakhpur, Mar 25 (UNI) Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath on Tuesday said that over the past eight years, the state government has successfully created an environment of security, leading to a sense of safety for every individual.
Talking to the reporters after attending a special programme in Gorakhpur, marking eight years of the state government's journey in service, security and good governance, the CM said, "While the previous governments fostered 'one district, one mafia,' today the government has introduced 'one district, one medical college' and 'one district, one product.' This has led to the creation of new jobs, the revival of MSMEs, and ushered in a new era of investment in UP."
He highlighted that the transformation underway in UP was part of a larger resolution made in 2017, where the BJP promised to provide security and respect for all. "We pledged that every village, every poor person, every farmer, youth, and the needy would benefit from the government's schemes without discrimination. The government has fulfilled these promises, ensuring that everyone has access to development and public welfare initiatives, with a focus on security and respect," he said.
