EU's two top officials to be Republic Day Chief Guests

New Delhi, Jan 15 (UNI) The European Union’s two highest-ranking officials, European Council President António Luís Santos da Costa and European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen, will be Chief Guests at India’s 77th Republic Day celebrations on January 26.
The two EU leaders will be on a State Visit to India from January 25-27 January 2026 at the invitation of Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
During the visit, the leaders will also co-chair the 16th India-EU Summit on January 27.
