'Welcome to the Jungle' emerges as Bollywood's biggest stress buster

Mumbai, June 2 (UNI) At a time when action spectacles and high-octane thrillers continue to dominate the Hindi film landscape, "Welcome to the Jungle" is positioning itself as a full-fledged comedy entertainer aimed at offering audiences a much-needed dose of laughter and escapism.
This multi-starrer film, led by Akshay Kumar, claims to give the audience the experience of light entertainment and comedy once again. Along with Kumar, many big actors, including Sunil Shetty, Arshad Warsi, Jackie Shroff, Paresh Rawal, Johnny Lever, Rajpal Yadav, Disha Patani, Jacqueline Fernandez, Raveena Tandon and Lara Dutta will be seen in the film.
Considering Kumar's comic timing, it's believed this film will bring him back to his old comedic avatar, which audiences have long loved. The film's star cast is also generating considerable buzz, as it's been a long time since we've seen such a large multi-starrer comedy film together.
Trade experts associated with the film believe that due to the strong brand value and memorable characters of the 'Welcome' franchise, this film can perform well at the box office.
Directed by Ahmed Khan, the film is presented in association with A.A. Nadiadwala and Star Studios 18. Produced by Firoz A. Nadiadwala, "Welcome to the Jungle" is set to hit theaters nationwide on June 26. UNI NST CDS
